Srinagar, Feb 07 (KNO): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has raised concerns over the deteriorating health of jailed MP Er Rashid, who was on a hunger strike in Tihar Jail, New Delhi, before being moved to a hospital.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Omar urged authorities to ensure Rashid receives proper medical care and that his condition does not worsen.
“Deeply concerned to hear that Er Rashid has been shifted to the hospital. Authorities must ensure he receives the necessary care and that his health does not deteriorate while the court decides on his bail plea,” he wrote.
