Eligibility Criteria
- Gender & Age: Open to women candidates aged 18-37 years.
- Domicile: Must be a resident of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Education: Minimum qualification is Matriculation (10th pass). If no matriculate candidates are available, those with at least an 8th standard qualification may be considered.
- Location Restriction: Only candidates from the electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located are eligible.
- Preference: Married women will be given priority. In exceptional cases, widows or destitute women from economically weaker backgrounds may also be considered.

Applicants must submit an affidavit confirming:
- The authenticity of all submitted documents.
- Their highest qualification (Graduation is not permitted for this post).
- Their awareness of HR policy No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022.
